Some combination of all the ingredients can be frozen. I use frozen bananas, blueberries, strawberries and greens.
Using frozen ingredients has two benefits. One, it's easier than keeping fresh food around before it spoils. Two, the fozen fruit makes the smoothie cold without adding ice.
If all ingredients are fresh I would freeze the juices into cubes so that the smoothie is cold.
Always use quality fruit juices without added sugar, like the Lakewood juices.
Before freezing, I cut strawberries in half at an angle to leave the green leaves in place. The leaves are edible and have nutrients, so I put them in the smoothie.
