  1. Add about 8-10 ounces of juice to pitcher first.
  2. Add about 1-1/2 cups of blueberries.
  3. Add a couple handfuls of greens.
  4. Add strawberries.
  5. Add bananas.
  6. Add lemon juice and chia seeds.
  7. Blend.
