4pm preparation pictures and videography begins, everyone needs to be here by 4pm 5pm-6pm first look in the back woods area between bride and groom with entire wedding party, followed by entire wedding party pictures and videography 6-630 pictures with the immediate families 7pm ceremony 730-815 after ceremony pictures with extended family and wedding party 830 wedding party announcement into the reception with groomsmen coming in first, followed by the bridesmaids, and then bride and groom 835 welcome and blessing 925pm cutting of the cake 945 first dance 1005 open dance floor 1115 last dance 1135 send off

• The wedding venue has bachelor quarters where all groomsmen can get dressed.
