broccoli and cauliflower salad
- 2-3 broccoli crowns (cut bit size)
- 3/4-1 head of cauliflower (cut bit size)
- 1 red onion cut in half through the stem and thinly sliced
- 7-8 slices of coarsely crumbled bacon
- 8+ oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Notes
- This recipe makes a large batch. Reduce by 1/2 for smaller batch.
