Hidden Greens Smoothie

  • banana
  • blueberries
  • leafy greens (baby spinach, kale, chard)
  • raw almonds
  • rolled oats (not quick cooking oats)
  • almond milk or water

Notes

  • The oats make it creamy and filling.
  • The flavor of the greens is completely masked by the other flavors, so a lot of greens can be used.
  • All frozen fruit and greens works well.
  • Blend oats and almonds by themselves first with almond milk so they are blended well.
