- 2 lbs ground top sirloin
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 3 tsp garlic
- 1/4 C ancho chili powder
- 1-2 jalapenos
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
- 1 med sweet yellow onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 8 oz can tomato paste
- 1 6 oz can diced green chiles
- 2 cups beef broth
