Hidden Greens Smoothie
- banana
- blueberries
- leafy greens (baby spinach, kale, chard)
- almonds
- oats
- almond milk or water
Notes
- The oats make it creamy and filling.
- The flavor of the greens is completely masked by the other flavors, so a lot of greens can be used.
- All frozen fruit and greens works well.
- Blend oats and almonds by themselves first with almond milk so they are blended well.
